Lancaster Hotels & Suites is a growing hotel chain
headquartered in Beirut. It all began with Lancaster
Hotel Raouche, whose heritage in the hospitality
industry dates back to the early 1990s. Ever since,
the hotel has served thousands of satisfied guests
from around the world. By re-launching itself with a
new image, Lancaster Hotel Raouche joined all
nationalities under one English vintage hotel in
2006.
In 2008, Lancaster Hotel Raouche was purchased
by the well-established Achour Holding. Initially
involved in construction and real estate
development, Achour Holding entered the hospitality
industry with its acquisition of Lancaster Hotel
Raouche.
The company then went on to acquire
Lancaster Suites Raouche, a magnificent 66-unit
hotel overlooking the Mediterranean and offering 3
meeting rooms and a ballroom for large events.
It
was in 2011 that Achour Holding launched Lancaster
Hotels & Suites, expanding the family by creating a
new unique property, the 5-star Lancaster Plaza
Raouche to be launched in 2012. Within a short
period, Lancaster Hotels & Suites had laid the
foundation for leadership in the region’s hotel
development and management.
